Timestamped Comments

We’ve all been there…

You’re in a live approval session, but a key team member can’t make it. This often leads to delays, especially when post-meeting notes are misunderstood, creating frustrating cycles of feedback.

Add comments in a live session

Now you can get consensus in real time during your session. Everyone in your Louper room can weigh in and agree on the necessary changes. These notes are applied directly to your uploaded file, ensuring nothing gets lost in translation. You can also draw on screen, and save these frames, with notes, as timestamped comments.

Apply Comments in your own time

After your session, you can create a Review Link from the file, with Timestamped Comments attached. Collaborators can view the file, reply to existing comments, or add new ones.

Easy Downloads

You or your editor can easily download the comments, with timecode, and apply them to the cut.

Showcases

Showcase your work

Once the finals are approved, you can send the deliverables to your client as a Showcase. You can also use the Showcase feature to create showreels of your work. Just choose your preferred download settings, labelling options, and color theme and share the link.

Presentation Rooms

A new kind of Room

Your Louper account now has the ability to create a Presentation Room directly from the uploaded files you’d like to review. Presentation Rooms have all the same video chat functionality, Syncplay and Timestamped Comment features as our Livestream Rooms, without the ability to receive a livestream.

Presentation Rooms are a great space to host client briefs, director’s treatments, pre-production meetings, and post approvals with uploaded files. Having access to these rooms allows your team to host meetings on Louper, even if your Livestream Rooms are in session.

Overhauled Filespaces

Bigger Projects, Better Filing

Our Filespaces have expanded to allow for more in-depth file management and clearer navigation. You can now upload still images and audio files, as well as videos, to a Filespace. And you can create Review Links, Presentation Rooms or Showcases directly from the files.

Files are now assigned to a room directly from the room tile. You can arrange them in your preferred order and add or remove files as needed. This streamlined setup ensures you have all the right files in place before starting your session, making your preparation for a review that much easier.

Native Streaming

Louper Transmit is live!

Our latest integration tool natively streams your Premiere Pro timeline to your Louper Room, with just one click. Now you can focus on your edit while your collaborators get a tailored, over-the-shoulder view. Experience simpler, smoother sessions with Louper Transmit.

Share your Timeline

We have added three streaming options: Auto, Program and GUI.

The “Auto” setting streams your entire user interface while you are paused, or making changes to your timeline. As soon as you hit play, the stream automatically changes to the fullscreen output of your timeline program.

The “Program” setting only streams your fullscreen program output, whether paused or playing. The “GUI” option just streams your Premiere user interface.

Having easy access to these settings is really useful when collaborating with different stakeholders, some of whom might prefer an overview of the timeline while you are making your changes, while others prefer to see the outcome.
